Just one month after signing its previous lease agreement, Primework has entered into a new 10-year lease for one of its most representative buildings.

The property is located at 23 Paseo de la Castellana, directly opposite the new Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel and overlooking the gardens of the German Embassy.

Following a period of refurbishment and adaptation to reflect the tenant's corporate identity, the building will become home to a state-of-the-art ophthalmology clinic, which will provide its services using the most advanced and innovative technology available on the market.
