Primework has started the year by signing a new lease agreement, achieving a 100% occupancy rate across all of its properties with immediate availability. Over the coming months, an additional 3,500 square metres of immediately available space will be added to its portfolio, distributed across three exceptionally located and fully refurbished buildings.

An international luxury boutique gym operator has chosen to establish its business in our building at 24 Calle Fernando el Santo. Its operating model and class concept have been imported from the United States, where they have achieved considerable success. This will be the firm's first gym to open in Spain. The location was a key factor in its decision, being just a few metres from some of the city's finest hospitality establishments and in one of Madrid's most prestigious residential areas.
