Primework has signed a new 10-year lease agreement for its office building located at 23 Calle Recoletos.

The tenant is part of TAI School of the Arts, an institution with a solid track record of more than 50 years in higher education. With this agreement, TAI reinforces its presence in Madrid's Salamanca district, next to Calle Serrano and just a short distance from Plaza de la Independencia, as it already carries out most of its academic activities in the building directly opposite.

With this agreement, Primework further confirms the growing demand for premium properties in prime locations.
