Work has commenced on the building refurbishment project at Amador de los Ríos. Primework has appointed Estudio Lamela to lead the project.

Among many other projects, Estudio Lamela is currently developing the Canalejas Centre, one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Europe. The development includes the Four Seasons Hotel, a luxury shopping gallery featuring some of the world's most prestigious brands, and some of Spain's most exclusive residences.

The objective is to create a building that is unique in its design, the quality of its materials, and its sustainability standards, and which will be certified LEED Gold v4.
