Primework has acquired the headquarters building of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), located just a few metres from Plaza de Colón, on Calle Amador de los Ríos, in one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid.

Primework will comprehensively refurbish the building and expects to begin marketing the property before 2020.

The acquisition was completed through Savills Aguirre Newman.
