Primework has acquired the headquarters of Erhardt, the historic marine logistics company.

The property is located at 17 Calle Fortuny, directly opposite the German Embassy, on one of the most prestigious streets in Spain.

Primework collaborated with Cushman & Wakefield on this acquisition.
