Primework has leased its office at 53 Calle General Martínez Campos to the international consulting firm Ernst & Young (EY).

Primework carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the property, and EY, one of the Big Four, selected it after an extensive evaluation process to accommodate one of its most important and innovative departments.

Primework collaborated with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on this transaction.
