Primework has acquired a new property located just a short distance from its building on Calle Amador de los Ríos.

The property is a commercial unit/office with two independent street entrances, one from the prestigious Calle Amador de los Ríos and the other from Calle Fernando el Santo. It is also located next to the renowned restaurants Saddle Madrid and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, which is due to open shortly.

With this acquisition, Primework continues to strengthen its presence in the Almagro district, with a total of 4,000 square metres of office space concentrated within an area of just 300 metres.
