Primework renews its lease agreement with GVC Gaesco.

With more than 50 years of history, GVC Gaesco Group provides financial services throughout Spain, specializing in Wealth Management, Securities Brokerage, Research, and Corporate Finance & Capital Markets.

The financial group selected our property at 17 Calle Fortuny in the autumn of 2018, where it established its headquarters. The building is located in the most prestigious area of the renowned Almagro district, directly opposite the German Embassy. Its impressive 15-metre glazed façade, nearly 4-metre-high entrance door, landscaped interior courtyards visible from almost every corner of both floors, and the flexibility of the space were the key factors that led GVC Gaesco to choose our property.

The relationship between GVC Gaesco and Primework has been outstanding over the past five years, and we are delighted to continue our business relationship for another five years through the renewal of this lease agreement.
