Primework has acquired the former headquarters of the German appliance manufacturer Teka.

The property occupies one of the most prestigious locations in Spain. The building is regarded as one of the most beautiful in Madrid and forms part of Spain's historical heritage.

Primework collaborated with Banco Santander on the acquisition of this property.
